Step 1: Consultation. We start with a consultation to understand your vision, budget and space and prepare the initial quote.

Step 2: Bespoke Design. (optional) Our team crafts a custom design, blending luxury materials and vintage furniture pieces. You’ll review 3D renderings, mood boards, and material samples, with up to two rounds of revisions to perfect your vision. Duration: 1–2 weeks.

Step 3: Approval & Planning . Once you approve the design and quote, we finalise contracts and timelines. Our project manager schedules tradespeople and sources materials, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth renovation. Duration: 1 week.

Step 4: Renovation. Our skilled team executes the renovation, handling demolition, plumbing, electrical work, tiling and installation. If required, we integrate your bespoke design and vintage pieces with precision, keeping you updated weekly. Duration: 4–6 weeks.

Step 5: Handover & Release. We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards. You receive a care guide for your new bathroom and a complimentary follow-up visit within 6 months. Enjoy your luxurious, unique space! Duration: 1 day.
